摘 要: | 本文在简要分析了篮球运动员进行体能训练的意义的基础上,对篮球运动员体能训练的过程中训练负荷的评定和安排做出了探讨,并据此进一步分析了篮球运动员体能训练的途径和方法,对篮球运动员的力量素质训练、灵敏素质训练、弹跳素质训练、耐力素质训练以及速度素质训练分别进行了概述。
