| Abstract: | The network culture in universities is the main carrier of university culture construction.This paper puts forward the strengthening and innovation countermeasures for the construction and management of campus network culture combining with the present situation and effects and shortcomings of network culture, according to the requirements of development of higher education,in order to realize the healthy development of network culture. |
