| Abstract: | As far as Japanese training status in Chinese univer-sity is concerned,this paper analyzes the demand for employees in Japanese enterprises. Combined with the market orientation, it also probes into the training mode of application-oriented talents for Japanese specialty in local institutions of higher education from the perspective of curriculum, teaching content, auxiliary teaching methods and so on. |
