| 摘 要： | 提高研究生英语教师素质、构建适应新时期研究生教育的英语教师队伍，业已成为目前研究生英语教育教学中的关键。本文从新时期研究生英语教学的特点、研究生英语教学对英语教师素质发展的要求、研究生英语教师素质发展的有效途径等方面对以上问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of postgraduate English teachers and build up an English teacher team adapting to postgraduate education in the new period has become the key of postgraduate English education. From the characteristics of postgraduate English teaching in the new era, the requirements of postgraduate English teaching for the quality development of English teachers, and the effective ways of postgraduate English teachers＇ quality development, this paper discusses the above issues. |
