高职院校年度绩效考核分析

摘    要:高职院校年度考核主要采用360绩效考核制度.对教职工一年来的工作进行全方位的考评.主要起到职工工资晋升、人才培养、政策制定、交流沟通的作用。通过绩效考核能更有效地开展薪酬激励、充分挖掘职工潜能.但同时也存在着定量指标不清晰,侧重综合评价等问题。

Analysis of Annual Performance Evaluation in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:360 performance evaluation methods are adopted to e- valuate employee's jobs annually by higher vocational colleges, and their effects mainly influence employee promotion, human resource training, policy decision and communication. By perfor- mance evaluating and salary inspiring, We hope effectively de- velop employee's ability, however, performance evaluation meth- ods have some inherent defects, such as quantized indexes not clear, overemphasizing synthetical evaluation, etc.
