| 摘 要： | 涉外商务合同是具有法律属性的正式书面文件，对合同各方都具有约束力。具有用词专业、规范、正式；句子结构严谨、复杂；篇章结构程式化、条目化等特点。翻译商务合同时应巧妙使用术语、套语；合理应对长句；保留原合同的整体性、完整性。

| Abstract: | A foreign business contract is a formal written docu- ment with legal attributes, so the contract shall be binding upon all parties. Words are professional, standard, and formal; Sen- tence structure is precise and complicated; Chapter structure is stylized and itemed. When translating a business contract, the translator should cleverly use terms and sets of words, properly deal with long sentences and keep the integrity of the original contract. |
