| 摘 要： | 进行高校管理是一件非常重要而且复杂的工作，管理人才在其中发挥着重要的作用。摒弃传统的不适宜的用人机制，根据高校的实际情况，不断创新用人机制，选取大量的优秀人才并进行合理的配置，不断提高高效管理的实力和水平，激发管理活力，从而全面地提高教育质量和教育水平。
