摘    要:进行高校管理是一件非常重要而且复杂的工作,管理人才在其中发挥着重要的作用。摒弃传统的不适宜的用人机制,根据高校的实际情况,不断创新用人机制,选取大量的优秀人才并进行合理的配置,不断提高高效管理的实力和水平,激发管理活力,从而全面地提高教育质量和教育水平。

Abstract:College management is a very important and complex work, and talent management plays an important role in it. We should abandon the traditional system not suitable for the times, according to the actual situation, continuously carry out innovation in mechanism, take a large number of outstanding talents and rationally allocate them, improve the strength and level of performance management, and stimulate management vitality, so as to improve the overall quality and level of education.
