| 摘 要： | 随着新课改的全面推进．促进农村教师的专业化发展、提升农村教师的专业素质已迫在眉睫。面对农村中小学教师整体素质及专业化发展的现状．自主发展是农村教师专业化发展的关键和重要途径。本文进一步探讨了促进农村教师专业自主发展的一些措施。

The face of the overall quality of rural primary and secondary teachers and professional development status, self-development is the key to professional development of teachers in rural areas and an important way, this paper explores the professional autonomy of teachers for rural development measures. |
