| 摘 要： | 红色文化与当代工匠精神之间有共通接轨之处,两者的有机耦合是对时代的回应。通过高校"三课堂联动"的立德树人模式、政府政策支持、社会营造和谐氛围这样内外结合的耦合体系和运行机制,推动红色文化与工匠精神培育的有效融入,实现红色文化特质工匠精神的育人价值,提升思想政治工作的实效性。

| Abstract: | There is a common connection between red culture and contemporary artisan spirit,and the organic coupling of the two is a response to the times.Through the internal and external coupling system and operation mechanism based on the"three classroom linkage"of the model of enhancing morality and fostering talents,the policy support of the government,and the establishment of a harmonious social atmosphere,we can promote the effective integration of red culture and artisan spirit cultivation,realize the educational value of artisan spirit with the characteristics of red culture,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work. |
