| 摘 要： | 目的:归纳健康领域中有关支付意愿及其影响因素的研究,总结健康领域中支付意愿相关研究现状及前景。方法:在中国知网、万方数据库与维普网检索相关文献,经筛选后获取信息。结果:共纳入50篇相关文献,其中中国知网纳入31篇,万方数据库纳入17篇,维普网纳入2篇。结论:目前我国关于支付意愿的研究仍处于探索阶段,且大部分集中在环境领域,涉及健康领域的研究较少;在健康领域中对支付意愿的研究主要集中在具体疾病及医疗保险方面,其他方面涉及的较少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the research on willingness to pay and its influencing factors in the health field,and to summarize the current status and prospects of research on willingness to pay in the health field.Method:Relevant documents were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database and Weipu Network,and information was obtained after screening.Result:A total of 50 related literatures were included,of which 31 were included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,17 were included in Wanfang Database,and 2 were included in Weipu Network.Conclusion:At present,China's research on willingness to pay is still in the exploratory stage,and most of it is concentrated in the field of environment,and there is less research in the field of health;the research on willingness to pay in the field of health is mainly focused on specific diseases and medical insurance,and other aspects are less involved. |
