| 摘 要： | 高校党建工作属于基层党建工作范畴，高校在经济社会发展中的特殊地位，决定着加强高校党建工作的特殊意义。要充分认识到高校党建工作面临的新的内外环境，着力抓好以围绕教学中心工作展开的高校党建工作基本层面，以促进发展作为加强高校党建工作的根本，加强党组织自身建设，使高校真正成为“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观的组织者、推动者和实践者，完成好高校的职责和任务。

| Abstract: | College Party construction belongs to the category of the grass-roots Party construction,but the special status of col-leges in the economic and social development determines the special significance of strengthening college Party construction. We should fully realize the new internal and external environment faced by college Party construction, and grasp the basic level of college Party construction with teaching as the center and pro-moting development as the foundation, so as to enhance the con-struction of the Party organization, make colleges truly become the organizers, promoters and practitioners ofThree Represents Theoryand Scientific Outlook on Development, and well com-plete various items of college duties and tasks. |
