| 摘 要： | 学籍档案作为学生档案的重要组成部分,对整个大学生的学习生涯来讲,都是十分重要的,学籍档案真实记录了学生在校的成长经历,目前,高校学籍档案管理中存在着诸多问题,为此,加强高校学籍档案管理,使其发挥出相应的作用,是我们需要重点关注的。笔者结合工作体会,分析当前高校档案管理的现状和存在的问题,并对如何加强高校学籍档案管理进行思考。

| Abstract: | Enrollment archives, as an important part of student archives, play a pivotal role in the entire college learning process of students, as they faithfully record students＇ growing experience at college. But currently, there are various problems existing in college enrollment archives management. To this end, to enhance college enrollment archives management and give play to its corresponding role is our focus. Combined with working experience,the writer analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the present college archives management, and made reflections on how to enhance it. |
