| 摘 要： | 成绩管理是高校学籍管理的基础，是学生学籍动态管理的重要依据。近年来，成绩管理工作作为一项基础性教学管理工作越来越受到高校管理者们的重视，本文作者在对成绩管理工作进行了认真探索、科学实践和客观总结的基础上，对具体管理中存在的一些问题有针对地提出了自己的见解主张与方法对策，以期让我校成绩管理工作不断迈上科学化、规范化的新台阶。

| Abstract: | Academic performance management, as the basis of student status management in universities, is an important refer-ence for the dynamic management of student status. In recent years, the academic performance management work, as a basic teaching management work, has been given more and more at-tention by university administrators. Based on a careful explo-ration, scientific practice and objective summarization of the aca-demic performance management work, the writers proposed some personal views and suggestions on methods and countermeasures for the problems in concrete management, hoping to make the a-cademic performance management work in our university more scientific and standardized. |
