| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育肩负着培养向社会输送人才的重要使命，高等职业教育培养为社会所需要的技能型以及应用型人才。为有效缓解社会就业压力、为保障高等职业教育学生的合理就业，高校应积极与企业合作，为学生与企业搭建沟通的桥梁，实现学校企业的有效合作。但在目前的社会情形中，校企合作面临诸多发展瓶颈，如国家政策、相关法律法规、社会传统观念以及企业机制等。高等职业教育应从以上问题着手，积极致力于校企合作的建设中，努力实现高等职业教育的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating and providing technical and applied talents for the society. In order to effectively ease social employment pressure and ensure the rational employment of higher vocational students, colleges should actively cooperate with enterprises and establish a bridge for students to communicate with enterprises, thereby realizing effective college-enterprise cooperation. But in the present social circumstances, there are many factors hinder-ing the development of college-enterprise cooperation, such as national policies, relevant laws and regulations, traditional social concepts and enterprise mechanisms. Higher vocational educa-tion should start from the above problems, actively participate in the construction of college-enterprise cooperation, and strive to realize the favorable development of higher vocational education. |
