| 摘 要： | 数控生产企业如何实现快速稳步发展？如何进行科学规范化的管理？如何降低生产成本、提高生产效率，最大限度地满足客户需求？数控机床生产管理信息系统就现在数控企业的生产现状、生产管理、经营特点、销售、财务、信息共享存在的问题进行分析。利用目前比较流行的系统软件、应用软件、开发工具从数控机床生产管理系统的总模块功能来设计其目标、功能、模块及模块的分级结构、程序操作流程．研究其技术体系结构设计、技术及功能特点。数控机床生产企业信息管理软件系统开发和使用对于制造行业来说具有划时代的意思。
