| 摘 要： | 幸福是一种主观的体验,是人们获得最大心理满足和人生意义的一种状况。幸福不仅仅是一种主观体验,还是一种存在（或客观存在）。幸福的感受是对幸福的存在的感受。幸福悖论是一种人的主观和客观之间的一种自相矛盾,是义与利之间的一种失衡状态,是过程与结果的相异性。因此在我们的人生实践的过程中,我们要寻找幸福的社会和个人的守恒路径。

| Abstract: | Happiness is a subjective experience and it is a condition in which people get the maximum mental satisfactory and life meaning.However,instead of merely a subjective experience,happiness should be a kind of real existing,and the feeling of happiness is the feeling of the existing of happiness. For the meaning of happiness,we should explore it historically and distinguish it from delight. Happiness paradox is a paradox of the subjective and objective and the imbalance of responsibility and benefit and the difference of process and result. Therefore, in life practice, wo should find a permanent path of happiness for both the society and the individual. |
