| 摘 要： | 目前我国大学生的就业率数字虚高,实际就业形势不容乐观,而且出现大学生就业难和用人单位招人难之间的双重矛盾。大学生就业难的原因包括大学生自身和社会环境两方面的因素,高校要建立一套完整的就业指导体系,鼓励大学生转变就业观念,多种途径就业。

| Abstract: | China＇s current employment rate of university grad-uates was inflated,but the actual employment situation is not optimistic.And there is the double contradiction——the univ-ersity graduates hard to employment and the employers dif-ficult to recruit people.This problem of university students＇ employment includes the factors of the students＇ and the social environment.Colleges and universities should establish a comp-lete career guidance system,encourage the graduates change their concept of employment and find various employment ways. |
