Abstract:The headteacher is not only the direct educator and organizer for a class and capable assistant for school lead-ers,but also the tie between class and other teachers and the bridge of school,family and the society,therefore the headte-acher plays an crucial role in promoting students' overall de-velopment in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.
