探讨分阶段融合教学法在临床护生教学实践中的应用

摘    要:护生临床实践是培养护生综合素质的重要环节,优质的带教方法对护生掌握专科知识、操作技能至关重要。如何改善护理带教方法,是护理带教人员探讨的新课题。本文将结合国内外文献探讨,分阶段融合教学法——根据护生所处的不同临床实践阶段,分别在护生临床实践前期采用目标管理教学法MBO(Management by Objectives)、中期采用案例教学法CBL(Case Study Based Learning)、后期采用Seminar(研讨式)教学法三者结合的带教方式,为护理教育的创新应用提供参考。

Exploration on the Application of the Staged Integrated Teaching Method in the Teaching Practice of Clinical Nursing Students

Abstract:Clinical practice is an important part of cultivating the comprehensive quality of nursing students.High-quality guided teaching methods are essential for nursing students to acquire specialized knowledge and operation skills.How to improve the methods of nursing guided teaching is a new topic for nursing teaching staff.Based on domestic and international literature,this paper will discuss the staged integrated teaching method.In accordance with the different clinical practice stages of nursing students,the management by objectives(MBO)is adopted at the early stage of clinical practice;the case study based learning(CBL)is adopted at the medium stage;the seminar(discussion)teaching method is adopted at the later stage.The writer hopes to provide reference for the innovative application of nursing education.
