| 摘 要： | 来华留学生教育是属地化人才培养的重要途径。高校应该改变以往盲目追求来华留学生培养规模和国际化指标的模式,以市场需求为导向,进一步明确培养目标,通过深化政校企三方合作,创新来华留学生培养模式。同时,完善来华留学生就业服务机制,以期实现学习与就业的无缝对接,让更多优秀的、具有国际视野和知华友华的来华留学毕业生参与到“一带一路”建设中,助力中国企业高质量“走出去”。

Research on the Cultivation of Localized Talents under the Background of the“Going Out”Policy |

| Abstract: | The education of international students is an important way to cultivate localized talents.Universities should change the status quo of blindly pursuing the scale and internationalization targets,further clarify the training objectives and deepen the cooperation among government,enterprises and universities to innovate the training mode of international students.At the same time,we need to improve the employment service mechanism for international students in China,so as to help them to achieve a seamless connection between study and employment,so that more outstanding graduates with international vision and knowledge can participate in the construction of the“Belt and Road”,and help Chinese enterprises to“go global”with high quality. |
