摘 要: | "Home—School Cooperation"简称H-S合作,即家校合作,实际上是联合了对学生最具影响的两个社会机构,本文将家校合作的类型分为三种:分开责任型、单向指导型和全景圆桌型。它们在家长角色、家校关系、家校沟通、表现形式、学生情感体验等方面各有其特点。若想探索一条家校合作的高效道路,充分调动学校与家庭共育的积极性,全景圆桌型是较为有效的合作形式。

Abstract: | "Home-school cooperation" is short for H-S cooperation.It means the cooperation between families and schools.It actually combines the two most influential social institutions among students.In this paper,H-S cooperation is divided into three types: Responsibility divided;One-way guidance;and Full view round-table.They have their own characteristics such as in role of parents,relationship between home and family,communication of families and schools,manifestation and sentiment experience of students.If we want to explore a high effective way for H-S cooperation and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of schools and families education,the full view round-table is a more effective form of cooperation. |
