摘    要:传统"心理健康教育"课程过于关注少数大学生的心理健康问题,课程教学也主要围绕心理问题的预防和心理疾病的治疗展开,侧重于理论知识的传授。而积极心理学主张个体积极品质的研究,为大学生"心理健康教育"的教学和课程评价提供了新的视角。积极心理学视域下的大学生"心理健康教育"课程将幸福感、乐观、希望等积极品质纳入心理健康教育的范畴,关注的是学生人格的发展和积极心理品质的培养。相应的教学评价体系也与教学紧密结合,突出学生的动态发展,促进学生的积极成长。

Consideration on the Teaching and Evaluation System of Mental Health Education Courses for College Students:Based on Positive Psychological Perspective

Abstract:Traditional mental health education pays too much attention to the mental health problems of a small number of college students.The course teaching mainly focuses on the prevention of psychological problems and the treatment of psychological diseases,and focuses on the teaching of theoretical knowledge.Positive psychology advocates the research of individual positive quality,which provides a new perspective for the teaching and curriculum evaluation of College Students’mental health education.From the perspective of positive psychology,college students’mental health education includes positive qualities such as happiness,optimism and hope.It focuses on the development of students’personality and the cultivation of positive psychological quality.The corresponding teaching evaluation system is also closely combined with teaching,highlighting the dynamic development of students and promoting their positive growth.
