| 摘 要： | 英语教学是一种复杂的行为活动,教师在教学中起到了非常重要的作用。英语教师在教学过程中应注重英语教学艺术、优化教学结构、创设语言环境、熟练使用多媒体、关注学生情感因素、和谐师生关系、提高自身魅力,培养学生良好学习习惯,吸引学生的注意力,调动其积极主动性,从而提高教学质量。
