| 摘 要： | 网络给人们提供丰富精神食粮的同时,也传载着大量不良甚至非法的网络信息,严重影响着青少年的健康成长。因此,我们必须积极倡导良好网络道德、培养文明网络行为,加强＂绿网＂建设,用先进文化占领网络文化阵地,强化行业自律、规范网站行为,大力开发和有效利用现代科技手段阻止不良甚至违法信息的传播,完善网络监管机制、减少不良信息的危害,建立科学的标准体系、规范网络文化的走向,加强网络立法、严格网络执法,坚决打击网上不法行为,为青少年全面健康地发展,营造绿色的上网环境。

| Abstract: | While network provides people with rich spiritual food,it carries a large amount of bad or even illegal information which hasaseriousimpact on young people＇s healthy development.Therefore,we must actively promote a good network morality,civilized network behavior,strengthen the creation of ＂green network＂,occupy the network with advanced culture,strengthen self-discipline,standardize Web site behavior,strong develop and make effective use of modern technology so as to prevent the spread of undesirable or even illegal information.We must improve the network monitoring mechanism,reduce the harm of bad information,establish scientific standards,standardized the trend of network culture,strengthen the legislation of network,strict law enforcement of network,and resolutely crack down illegal behavior on online.For the full and healthy development for young people,we must create a green online environment. |
