| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育不仅需要教师转变教育观念、更新知识、提高教学水平,更需要教师具备良好的职业道德。从目前师德建设存在的不足中创新师德建设的思路,是新时期高职院校师资队伍建设工作面临的一个重要课题。通过对高职院校师德建设现状的调查和分析,努力探索师德建设的有效途径和方法,将有助于推进高职教育的健康、持续、快速发展。

| Abstract: | The advanced vocational education not only requires the teachers to change teaching values and update teaching level,but also form professional ethics.How to innovate the idea of ethics construction from the shortcomings from the present is a new subject faced by the teachers in vocational schools.Through the analysis of the current situation of ethics construction and the research on the effective ways,it will do good for the quick and sustainable development of college education. |
