| 摘 要： | 从20世纪80年代至今,中国的高等教育经历了新的一轮改革。这是中国历史上高等院校发展最快的时期。然而此次改革是基于院校体制本身的根本性变革,必然会带来诸多领域的挑战和诸多方面的问题,如竞争环境的改变、办学理念的改变、人文精神的塑造和培养等等。对教师和学校来说,依据形势的变化和学校未来发展的需要,加强对大学的功能变化的深刻认识,并以对教学与科研两者关系的认识和重新界定为突破口,是寻求更大发展空间的关键。

| Abstract: | Since the 1980s,China＇s higher education has experienced a new round of reform.This is the fastest growing period in development history of higher education institutions.However,this reform is based on fundamental changes in their structure itself;it will inevitably bring many challenges and many problems,such as changes in the competitive environment,changes in educational philosophy,shaping and nurturing human spirit,and so on.For teachers and schools,it bases on changes in the situation and the needs of the future development of the school,the university of functional changes to strengthen the profound understanding of,and the relationship between teaching and research knowledge and re-defined as a breakthrough,this is the very key to seek greater development. |
