| 摘 要： | 本文从美国国家科学政策及其历史发展的角度,简要介绍了V.布什作为二战后美国科学政策的制定者和信息时代的预言家的生平事迹。文中也对一些与科学政策和社会发展相关的文献进行了简要的介绍和评价,并对它们在一些方面对中国可能的启示进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | From a perspective on the national science policy and its historical development in the United States, this article introduces the life and role of Vannevar Bush as the framer of the post WWII American science policy, and as the harbinger of the information age. A few related works on science policy and social development are also commented. Some aspects of the implications and lessons to the Chinese science policy and social development are also discussed. |
