| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国农业发展新阶段中存在的耕地数量减少和质量下降、生态环境恶化、资源利用的低效高耗、农业导致的面源污染严重、科技支撑后劲不足等问题，从我国农业作物育种基础理论研究、重大禽疫病的基础研究、设施农业的基础研究、精准农业中多源信息获取与诊断机理研究以及稻麦品质形成及无损监测机理研究几个重要农业基础研究方向进行了探讨，为增强科技对农业发展的长远支撑和农业可持续发展提供了重要的参考依据和研究取向。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems such as quantity and quality decreasing of plantation, ecological environment deterioration, high consumption of resources but low efficiency, serious pollution by agriculture and lack of science and technology support in agriculture, the basic researches of Chinese agriculture breeding theory, serious birds epidemic diseases, protected agriculture, multiple information acquisition methods and diagnosis mechanism in precision farming and quality formation of wheat and rice and their mechanism of non destructive monitoring were studied in this paper, and the results could provide reference frames and research directions to strengthen the support of science and technology to agriculture and its sustainable development. |
