| 摘 要： | 【目的】 总结隐性学术不端行为的特征，为识别与防范此类学术不端行为提供帮助。【方法】 分析从编辑实务中发现的3种隐性学术不端行为(不当署名、公式或图表抄袭及跨语种抄袭)的特征，举例说明根据这些特征判定相应不端行为的方法。【结果】 当稿件符合相应的隐性学术不端行为特征时，编辑需特别关注并判别该稿件的隐性学术不端行为。【结论】 编辑应提高存疑、甄别和审稿的意识，编辑部应加强名单、签名和沟通管理，共同努力为学术出版质量把关。
