| 摘 要： | 【目的】 探索煤炭类科技期刊群管理模式与路径。【方法】 针对煤炭科学研究总院所属20种期刊单刊运作模式存在的专业性强、期刊影响力小的弊端，通过集团化管理，在“集中管理、原位运营、名刊直管”运营思路的指导下，积极探索期刊群在质量管理、采编平台建设、集群网站建设、微信平台建设、期刊品牌打造、编辑人才培养方面的管理方法。【结果】 期刊集群化完善期刊质量管控体系，建立中国煤炭期刊网数字出版与服务平台，开通“煤传媒”微信公众服务平台，统一期刊论文采编平台。【结论】 期刊集群化发展对打造精品学术期刊群，实现煤炭类科技期刊的集体繁荣具有重要的促进作用。
