| 摘 要： | 【目的】 以技术为核心，在检视新型编辑岗位的基础上，发现融媒体时代我国科技期刊编辑的转型路径，为提高编辑能力提供参考。【方法】 对融媒体时代编辑群体的相关文献进行梳理，通过比较研究、个案分析及参与式观察等方法分析新型编辑岗位，并从编辑实践角度出发，对转型期我国编辑应有的新兴能力进行总结。【结果】 科技期刊编辑的转型是从内容把关、学者链接、文化记录和行业专家4个维度逐步展开，约定编辑、社区编辑、数据编辑和拼接编辑4种新型岗位的兴起意味着技术对编辑职业具有一定作用。【结论】 融媒体时代科技期刊编辑应具备的核心能力包括信息质疑的洞察力、资源整合的协调力以及技术筛选的互动力。
