| 摘 要： | 【目的】 调查我国英文科技期刊出版诚信与伦理制度建设情况,汇总与梳理目前我国英文科技期刊在学术出版诚信与伦理制度建设面临的主要问题与困难、优势与不足,并提出改进与提升建议。【方法】 采用问卷调查与半结构式访谈开展调研,并结合文献调研整理、数据分析与对比分析完成研究。【结果】 我国英文科技期刊在学术出版诚信问题的调查与处理制度建设上的整体表现较好, 普遍树立科技期刊出版诚信与伦理建设意识,在整体制度建设及学术不端调查与处理阶段,能够主动借鉴国际通行惯例;少部分期刊制度建设不完备,需要进一步加强,真正实现透明、公平公正与负责任的学术出版。【结论】 我国英文科技期刊学术出版诚信与伦理体系依旧处于建设与完善阶段,应借鉴国外成功的经验,建立符合我国现状的学术出版诚信与伦理体系。

| Abstract: | Purposes] This paper aims to investigate the construction of publishing ethics and integrity system of China's English scientific journals, analyze the main problems and difficulties facing these journals, as well as advantages and disadvantages, and then put forward improvement suggestions. Methods] Questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview survey were used for the research, and then literature research, data analysis and comparative analysis were conducted. Findings] China's English scientific journals perform well in the construction of investigation and treatment system on publishing integrity, and have fostered a sense of publishing ethics and integrity in general. Experience from international practices can be learned regarding the system construction and academic misconduct investigation and treatment. A few journals with incomplete system construction should take action to ensure the transparent, fair, and responsible practices of academic publishing in China. Conclusions] The publishing ethics and integrity system of China's English scientific journals is still under construction and requires further enhancements. We can gain experience from abroad to establish a system in line with China's situation. |
