| 摘 要： | 【目的】 对比分析国际著名科技期刊数据仓储的基本功能设定,为中国科技期刊数据仓储建设和发展提供参考。【方法】 在研究资料和数据整理的基础上,主要利用对比分析法和归纳总结法来研究8个主要国际数据仓储的现状、数据存储格式和规范、访问和注册方式等。【结果】 数据仓储的功能设置、数据格式、关联方式、访问协议、FAIR程度、数据引用是促进期刊开放数据的关键。【结论】 中国数据仓储完全符合国际期刊开放数据的需求,建议科研人员在国际期刊发表论文的过程中把数据共享到中国的数据仓储。同时,建议国内期刊建立相应的政策,更加积极地推进期刊数据服务,建立完整的开放服务体系,推进期刊数据融合发展。

| Abstract: | Purposes] This paper aims to provide references for the construction and development of data repositories of Chinese scientific journals by comparing and analyzing the basic function settings of data repositories of international famous scientific journals. Methods] Based on the available data in relevant papers, this paper explored the present situation, data format and standard, accessibility, and registration of eight major international data repositories by comparative analysis and inductive summarization. Findings] The function setting, data format, association mode, access protocol, FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) degree, and data reference of data repositories were the key to promote the data sharing of journals. Conclusions] Chinese data repositories fully conform to the needs of international journals for data sharing. This paper suggests researchers to share paper data in Chinese data repositories when publishing papers in international journals. At the same time, domestic journals should establish corresponding policies, promote journal data services, and establish a complete open service system, thereby improving the data sharing of journals. |
