知识产权强企的国家战略选择

摘    要:进入21世纪以来,知识产权成为经济竞争的重要资源与核心要素,各国政府、各类企业纷纷强化知识产权工作。企业是国家经济力量的重要体现,企业强则国家强,支持企业做强也是政府的基本职责。2013年我国提出建设知识产权强国,在建设知识产权强国的政策设计框架中,有知识产权强省、强市、强企等推进安排,其中知识产权强企成为知识产权强国的重要组成部分。文章通过分析知识产权强企的含义、现实基础、时代背景和国际环境,提出了知识产权强企的国家战略选择。

Abstract:Entering into the 21st century, intellectual property becomes the key of economic competition, and countries and enterprises all enhance their intellectual property work. Enterprises are important reflections of national economic power, and supporting enterprises to become powered is the responsibility of national government. The concept of intellectual property powerful country was put forward in 2013, and in the framework of the concept, it is also included that the intellectual property powerful province, the intellectual property powerful city, and the intellectual property powerful enterprise. While Intellectual property powerful enterprise is an important part of intellectual property powerful country. By analyzing the implications, historical background, international environment, and realistic foundation of intellectual property powerful enterprise, the national strategy choice of intellectual property enterprise is explained.
