摘    要:大气污染物与温室气体有极强的同源性,且与化石燃料燃烧密切相关。我国东部地区高强度的能源消耗导致这一区域一度成为二氧化碳排放和大气重污染问题集中爆发的热点区域。自《大气污染防治行动计划》执行以来,产业结构的调整和末端治理技术的完善,驱动着我国大气污染关键物种的演替和温室气体时空分布格局的变化。为此,文章分析了2013—2020年我国不同区域主要大气污染物和温室气体浓度的演变态势,揭示了大气污染与碳排放从东部向西北地区迁移的现象,厘清了我国大气污染物和温室气体时空分布演变的成因,并提出了相应对策建议,以期为减污降碳协同增效目标的实现提供科学支撑。

Abstract:Air pollutants have strong homology with greenhouse gases and are closely related to fossil fuel combustion. The high-intensity energy use in the eastern region of China has turned this region into a hot area of carbon dioxide emission and heavy air pollution in the past. Since the implementation of the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the adjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of terminal treatment technology have been driving the succession of key species of air pollution and the spatio-temporal distribution of greenhouse gases in China. This paper analyzes the trend in major air pollutants and greenhouse gas concentration in different regions of China from 2013 to 2020, and reveals the migration of air pollution and carbon emissions from the east to the northwest China. Based on statistical data, the causes of the changes in the spatio-temporal distribution of air pollutants and greenhouse gases in China are clarified, and corresponding solutions are proposed. The results can provide scientific and technological support for realizing the goal of pollution and carbon reduction synergy.
