| 摘 要： | 文章从发展信息科技与产业的角度,提出关于科技强国发展路径的看法:科技强国和产业强国是要共同实现的孪生目标,只有真正重视产业需求才能形成强大的科技;只有学术领先,才能成为真正的科技强国,因此,我国应大力加强应用研究。在实现科技强国的过程中,既要任务带学科,又要学科引任务。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the development of information technology and industry, this article advances an opinion on the path of development of science and technology power. Scientific power and industrial power are twin goals to be achieved together. Only if we really pay attention to industry demand, powerful technology would be formed. China will be a real power of science and technology only when becoming an academic leader. China should vigorously strengthen the applied research. In the process of realizing the power of science and technology, we need not only to develop mission-driven academic subjects, but also promote academic subjects by its own demands. |
