| 摘 要： | 社会公平是人类永恒的追求,也是贯穿于当代中国社会治理的核心价值理念。然而当前社会存在严重的阶层差异与阶层固化现象,已在很大程度上制约了社会公平的实现。对此,社会阶层心理学从社会客观现实、民众主观感受和心理干预策略几个方面出发,围绕着社会分层阻碍社会公平的心理机制、不同阶层感知社会分层与公平的心理特点以及如何增强阶层流动进而更好地促进社会公平这几个核心问题展开了研究。未来心理学视角下的社会分层与社会公平研究应更加完善本土化的理论,运用多样化的研究方法,并且进一步推进研究成果的应用,为社会治理实践服务。

| Abstract: | Social fairness is one of human''s long pursuit, as well as core values of social governance in contemporary China. Severe class differentiation and class solidification in Chinese society, however, have been a main constraint on social fairness. Therefore, focusing on social objective status quo, people''s subjective feeling, and interventional strategies, social class psychology explores the below issues, including the mental mechanism on which social stratification hinders social fairness, different social classes'' psychological characteristics of perception of social stratification and social fairness, and how to promote social mobility and social fairness. The future social stratification and social fairness researches based on psychological perspectives should be devoted to theoretical localization, methodological diversity, and application of scientific achievement. |
