| 摘 要： | 当今世界,融入全球价值链已成为我国企业跻身全球市场,并不断提升在国际市场上的地位的重要途径。全球价值链的治理是影响企业升级的重要因素。本文主要分析全球价值链治理模式的动态性与企业升级之间的关系,并引发对我国企业融入全球价值链的一些启示。

| Abstract: | Integrating into tie global value chains has been the most important way for enterprises in China to squeeze into the global market and upgrade their positions.The governance of global value chain is the main factor that affects the upgrading of enterprises.The relationship between the dynamics of the governance of global value chain and the upgrading of enterprises are mainly discussed,and then some suggestions about that Chinese enterprises integrate with the global value chain are given. |
