| 摘 要： | Chesbrough教授提出的开放式创新为创新管理提供了一种全新的思维模式，但企业如何有效地实施和管理开放式创新仍然缺乏研究。文章以U-A模型为基础，分析不同产业的企业在技术创新不同阶段关键的外部创新要素，并实证验证各外部创新要素对创新绩效的影响，构建符合我国企业创新实际的开放式创新动态模式。研究发现：在产品创新阶段，科技驱动型产业的企业有选择地向少数外部创新要素深度开放能促进创新，经验驱动型产业的企业与多个外部组织的有效联接能促进创新；工艺创新更多地依赖于企业内部员工的技术能力、经验积累和工作责任心；平台创新阶段，企业内部技术能力积累以及将技术与市场整合满足用户多样化需求的能力是创新成功的关键。
