| Abstract: | Entry mode choice is an important decision- making issue. There are many modes for choice at the beginning of or during international entrepreneurship. And many factors could affect the choice decision. There exists a different relationship between each mode and organizational performance, that is, the relationship is contingent. Finally, in the view of knowledge, the paper proposes a conceptual model for explaining the relationship between entrepreneurial mode and organizational performance. |
