| Abstract: | The paper firstly defines the concept of knowledge integration in enterprise and analyses the essentiality and signification of knowledge integration. Then we propose that knowledge can be integrated by constructing knowledge integrated platform, paying attention to knowledge mining, emphasizing knowledge sharing, constructing flexible organization based on the knowledge network of peer to peer. |
