摘    要:相对于资源基础观和能力基础观而言,协同创新从一个新的视角较好地阐释了企业在资源整合的基础上是如何促进动态能力演化并增强企业竞争优势的。本文基于资源整合、协同创新及动态能力等理论,通过对SGMW公司实际案例的梳理和分析,探究了公司资源整合、协同创新及动态能力之间的耦合关系,揭示了基于资源整合和协同创新的企业动态能力的演进以及形成竞争优势的内在机理。本文旨在对中外合资企业增强企业动态能力和创造竞争优势提供一定的参考借鉴。

Abstract:Compared to the resource-based view and the capability-based view, collaborative innovation can better interpret how enterprises promote the dynamic capability evolution and strengthen competitive advantage on the basis of resources integration from a new perspective. Based on the theories of resources integration, collaborative innovation and dynamic capability, this paper, by combing and analyzing the case of SGMW Company, explores the coupling relationship between resources integration, collaborative innovation and dynamic capability, and demonstrates the evolution of enterprise dynamic capability based on resources integration and collaborative innovation as well as the inner mechanism of forming competitive advantage. This paper aims to offer some references for Chinese-foreign joint ventures to improve their dynamic capability and create competitive advantages.
