| 摘 要： | 摘要：本文在运用指标评价法测度知识存量的基础上，将知识存量作为生产要素之一引入经济增长模型，综合考虑空间地理距离、接收地区的知识吸收能力和地方环境等因素构建空间扩展模型，利用中国31个省份的相关数据考察了中国省域间知识溢出对区域经济增长的影响。实证研究结果表明：知识存量对区域经济增长具有促进作用；省域间存在知识溢出，且对地区经济增长有明显的推动作用；人力资本门槛假说成立，知识溢出促进经济增长的效果受到地区人力资本水平和吸收能力的影响。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The index-evaluation method is employed to measure regional knowledge stocks; then the knowledgestocks are put into an economic growth model. Considering the geographical distance, knowledge-absorptive capability, and regional circumstances, a dimensional- extended model is construced to make anempirical analysis on China’s provincial knowledge spillover. The main conclusions are as follows: knowledge spills over the regions and accelerates the regional economy growth; human resource threshold theory comes into existence, namely, regional human resource and knowledge-absorptive capability make an impact on the knowledge spillover. |
