我国R&D人力资源配置分析

摘    要:R&D人力资源是一个国家发展最为宝贵的战略资源,也是促进经济发展的关键因素之一。本文利用科技统计资料将我国R&D人力资源的基本情况从总体规模、活动类型、执行部门、学科与行业的分布、人员素质、工作条件、以及产出等各方面进行分析,并与国外的相应指标进行对比,找出存在的差距,并提出相应的建议。

Abstract:R&D human resource is a very valuable strategic resource for the national development. It is also one of pivotal factors that promote economic increases. This paper uses the statistical data on science and technology to analysis R&D human resource in China by type of activity, sector of performance, distributing of industry and subject, personnel's character, working condition, as well as output, and compares these data with foreign homologous indicators, finds out the insufficient aspect, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
