| 摘 要： | 本研究建立以知识资源与知识特性为自变量,以知识市场机制设计、社会互动与实践社群构建等变量的知识分享途径为干扰变量,而知识治理绩效为因变量的研究架构,并采用多元回归分析模型验证各研究假设。本研究建议高新技术企业最好不断扩增专属性知识资源、良好的知识市场机制设计、社会互动与实践社群构建、善用多元化交流渠道或建立效率化系统技术,以实现和强化组织创新,增进知识治理绩效。
