| 摘 要： | 知识转移是知识创造价值的重要环节，知识转移过程中存在粘滞知识。粘滞知识转移的程度决定着知识转移的成功与否。本文综述已有关于粘滞知识转移的研究。文章首先讲述粘滞知识的概念，然后评述粘滞知识研究的三个学派：技术创新过程学派、组织内转移学派和组织间转移学派。最后，文章提出，综合这三个学派的优点，结合我国企业实际情况，研究基于粘滞知识转移的技术创新过程与模式是一个很有意义的方向。

| Abstract: | Sticky knowledge transfer is very important to knowledge - based value creation. This paper reviews the studies on sticky knowledge transfer. The concept of sticky knowledge is introduced first. Then the following three streams of studies are reviewed: technological innovation process, intra - organization transfer, inter - organization transfer. Based on the above review, an integration research outline is suggested. |
