| 摘 要： | 本文根据虚拟企业的特点得出模块化企业结构是组建虚拟企业的关键因素，通过分析模块化企业的特征提出企业应该从组织结构、产品、人员三个方面进行改造，最后针对我国企业的特点为我国企业进行模块化改造过程提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of virtual enterprise this article comes to the conclusion that enterprise be modularized is the key of composing a VE, enterprise should be modularized from three aspects: the enterprise machinery, product, personnel. In the end, several pieces of advices to our country's enterprises about the being modularized process are gived. |
