| 摘 要： | 企业集群作为一种介于企业与市场之间的地方性组织，表现出很强的竞争力，在许多区域经济发展中占有重要地位。本文从企业集群生命周期的角度出发，基于对聚集经济本质的探讨，揭示了企业集群从基于聚集经济形成的静态优势向创新网络获得的动态优势演进的内在机理，并进一步探讨了创新网络的动态竞争优势以及培育创新网络的关键环节，为企业集群持续发展提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | As an organization between enterprise and market, enterprise clusters exhibit strong competence, and stand important position in the development of many region's economy. The thesis analyzes the evolution of enterprise clusters' competition advantage based on the life-cycle of enterprise clusters, points out the rule of the evolution of enterprise clusters: from static competition advantage based on agglomerate economy to dynamic competition advantage based on innovative networks, then discusses the dynamic advantage of innovative networks and the key steps in deep, which can be a theoretic direction for the sustained development of enterprise clusters. |
