| 摘 要： | 在国家创新系统中 ,上市公司应当最具创新动力和优势 ,但统计资料显示 ,我国上市公司的创新研究投入总量不足 ,结构也不尽合理。本文运用一些经济学常用的简单数学模型 ,对上市公司融资资本创新研究投入时R&D投入总量、投向偏好等行为进行了分析 ,并得出了鼓励上市公司融资资本参与国家创新系统建设的六项政策建议。

| Abstract: | Within national innovative system, listing companies are of highest motivation and most advantages, However, the investments in innovation of China's listing companies are insufficient and not appropriately balanced. By applying some simple and popular economics mathematics models, the article studies and analyzes the R&D investment amount and investment priority when listing companies make investment using financing capital. The article suggests 6 pieces of policy proposals on how to encourage listing companies to participate the national innovative system construction. |
