| 摘 要： | 摘要：技术标准联盟成员之间的利益协调问题是影响联盟发展的重要因素，当前开展对其利益协调问题的研究对我国政府和企业具有重要的现实意义。本研究指出技术标准联盟成员收益争夺的核心是标准控制权，并通过构建谈判模型分析了联盟成员之间利益协调问题。利用双方谈判模型，首先分析了联盟成员通过谈判达成一致的可能性，然后研究了双方谈判的过程和达成最优解的条件，并将模型结论推广到多方谈判中，最后针对我国技术标准联盟的发展提出了相关的建议。
